General Policies: (by proceeding with your booking you agree to all outlined key points)

  • Villa Ceiba is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

  • Keep the property and all furnishings in good order

  • Only use appliances for their intended uses

  • Pets are NOT allowed.

  • Parking is limited to 4 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

  • Housekeeping: There is housekeeping service for full week stays. While linens, bath towels and beach towels are included in the unit, we do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the villa. Beach towels must be accounted for and in the villa upon check-out. For each beach towel/Bath towel that is not accounted for, there will be a $40 fee/towel.

  • Water and Septic: The villa is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages.

  • Air conditioning: All Units MUST be turned OFF when guest(s) are not in their rooms. We try to be eco-friendly and energy costs in Costa Rica are extremely high. If the maid or property owner finds any units running while guests are not in their rooms, a fee of $100/day will be taken from the security deposit.

  • Keys: must be returned in their entirety, any missing keys will incur a replacement fee of $50/key.

  • Infinity Pool: Guests are asked not to touch the pool equipment, the pool is maintained professionally and is on an automated timer.
